Brief Description of Duties

Responsible for:

  • The collection of pre legal and legal debt via Inbound telephone calls and Outbound Dialler
  • Managing client and customer relations as appropriate
  • Managing accounts to negotiate best possible payments from customers
  • Maintaining accurate records for each account of all contact, conversations and actions
  • Ad hoc requirements as requested by the Team Leader
