Brief Description of Duties
Responsible for:
- The collection of pre legal and legal debt via Inbound telephone calls and Outbound Dialler
- Managing client and customer relations as appropriate
- Managing accounts to negotiate best possible payments from customers
- Maintaining accurate records for each account of all contact, conversations and actions
- Ad hoc requirements as requested by the Team Leader
