Every manager and collections team leader that joins the lewis group must study for the Credit Services Association (CSA) Diploma in Debt Collection.
It’s been this way since 1999, when the diploma was introduced, and it’s one reason why the lewis group's staff are considered to be the industry’s top people.
In 2010, we were recognised by CSA Educational Pathways for our support of the Diploma.
