The lewis group exceeds Collector Accreditation test by 25% 

In Spring 2011 the Credit Services Association (CSA) introduced the Collector Accreditation scheme. 

The lewis group helped to pilot the scheme, which is designed to test collection industry employees on their regulatory and good practice knowledge. This will ensure that debt collection agencies (DCAs) meet the high standards now imperative in the industry. To be accredited, 70% of a DCA’s staff must pass a stiff online test. 

At the lewis group, over 95% of our collectors have passed the test and we were among the first collections businesses to achieve accreditation, on 15th June 2011.
