Loyalty Launch & Celebratory Dinner
In the luxurious surroundings and elegant decor of the Courtyard by Marriot, Bradford colleagues were dined over three courses. Hosting the dinner was Dave Berry Managing Director TLG, who also presented colleagues with a certificate. All colleagues over the next month will be presented with a loyalty pin. Colleagues with 25 years' service and over were given a 'This is your life' experience by having their career biographies read out and also received a bottle of champagne to continue their celebrations at home
Over 50 colleagues were also recognised for their five to ten year contribution to the TLG success, recognising consistent hard work and contribution. This is a key focus for the remainder of 2007 and 2008 in respect of improving 'our colleague experience' and to remain a company that people wish to join and stay with.
