Professional Teams
Central to all of our services are the quality of our people. We believe they are 'the difference that makes the difference'. We invest heavily in staff training, both internally through our own structured workshops and one to one sessions, seminars, as well as external courses. All of our collections staff are encouraged to attend a specialist course run by the Credit Services Association to gain the CSA Diploma qualification. Meanwhile, members of our accounts department hold various professional accountancy qualifications from the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA). Several managers of the Lewis Group are also members of the Institute of Credit Management (ICM).
As part of our Succession Planning Programme we have recently introduced a Management Academy, which will develop our managers for the future and improve the contribution they make to the company. We consistently offer a high level of performance and professional excellence at all levels, and at all times.
