We believe litigation is an under-used tool in the strategies of many lenders but at the lewis group we make full use of it. In England and Wales we work closely with the County Court Bulk Issue Centre in Northampton and our in-house solicitors issue around 2,000 actions a week. In Scotland, we have a number of panel solicitors.

Less costly, faster and more effective than Bailiff enforcement, these post-judgment visits by lewis group agents can have a positive effect on a customer’s willingness to pay, or allow recommendations on the value of Bailiff enforcement action.
