LIS On-Line
LIS On-Line is a secure website, developed in-house, which provides clients with the ability to create new instructions, view case progress together with instant access to both completed reports and interim information. It is, in effect, a live communications hub and repository of information that can be accessed on-line at any time, from authorised offices and by those employees with permitted access level(s).
The system is multi-functional across all business sectors with customised instruction templates designed to meet clients' specific requirements. Additional functions allow remote monitoring of both individual or multiple work loads together with quality assessments and MI features. Despite its very recent launch the system continues to evolve based on feedback from clients and our own practical experience.
